Welcome to Travel for the Untamed! I am Celeste, a travel enthusiast who is passionate about exploring the world and sharing my experiences with others. This is my story and a little about me.Having grown up in South Africa. I only started travelling when I was 17 and more local destinations than international. However, I had my taste for global travel at the age of 22 and I have not stopped since.
I moved to the Cayman Islands a year later to start my job at a luxury hotel. Then travel began to be a regular occurrence. I would book new vacation spots every month.
At 27, I decided that I needed more and that´s when I joined the super-yacht industry. So that I could work while exploring as many new destinations as possible. I have been to many beautiful destinations throughout the Caribbean and Europe and now, I am sharing them with you.
My goal is to inspire and provide information, advice, and ideas for your next luxury travel holiday. I believe that luxury travel is not just about the destination, but also about the journey. And I am proving that it is possible to work a full-time job (and my job includes very long hours) as well as travel. I am always on the lookout for new destinations and experiences to share with you. So take a look around as there is a lot to see.
Where I Have Lived Or Travelled…
To date, I have travelled to more than 30 countries but still have so many that are on my list to see. Based on the countries below, I offer my expertise on some of these countries as I have either lived there or travelled extensively.
